COVID PROTOCOL
Masks are required to be worn by everyone in hotel common spaces, including guests, team members, and vendors. Our entire team is trained on the importance of taking precautions to provide a safe, healthy environment for our guests. Similarly, all guests and team members are being provided with Highlander hand sanitizer and all of our computers, iPads, and phones are set with “sanitization reminders” to ensure that this is met. Hand sanitizer is also available in all guest rooms, all common spaces, and all back-of-house staff areas.
The Highlander is meant to feel like a private house, making it easy to remain socially distant and relatively separated. Our outdoor dining areas provide open air options for dining and many rooms come with a balcony. All guests and staff will be reminded to practice physical distancing as needed, and we’re working hard to ensure the right amount of service within the right safety measures.
