Field, forest, fish, fowl, and farm are the tenets around which our chef builds his regionally-influenced menu, relying on seasonal ingredients from Blue Ridge farmers and growers to stock the kitchen’s pantry. See below for our hours of operation. The bar is first-come-first-serve.

Tuesday – Saturday
Lunch: 11:30am – 3pm
Saturdays: Zorki from 1pm – 3pm

Dinner: 5:30pm – 9pm
Wednesdays: Past Night
Thursdays: Blues, Brews, & Burgers with music from 6pm – 9pm

Bluegrass Brunch & Roast: 10am – 3pm (Music from 10:30am – 12:30pm)
Father’s Day, June 15, we will be giving Fathers a complimentary Old Fashion or an espresso coffee (spiked or not) through brunch.

The Bar is open from 4:30pm – 10pm daily

Plan on beginning and ending your day at The Ruffed Grouse. Start with a La Colombe espresso and house-made pastries in the morning, and after a full day of activity, wind down with a nightcap in the main dining room and lounge, where a wood-burning fire crackles and pops in the background. A well-edited wine list focused on biodynamic, organic wines from small, family-run vineyards, a rotating selection of regional beers, and classic cocktails (Try the Old Pal) round out The Ruffed Grouse’s robust beverage program.
